This valve comes with a knob for a possible manual acting, signaling the "open/close" status.
Designed to intercept fluids or gas compatible with the actuator material containing also dust because the rubber gasket assures the sealing (see technical characteristics).

Tips for installation
We advise to pack the threadings with liquid packing, or to use gaskets to avoid an excessive stress on the threadings when closing.
In case the valve intercepts a product which could sediment, it is advisable to position the valves on vertical pipes. Please avoid positioning the valve with the knob downwards in order to prevent sediments stagnations in contact with the gaskets. Make sure the valve is lubricated by the pneumatic system.
Checks to be carried out after a usage period
The valve comes with a safety hole signalling the possible bad functioning of the sealing gaskets separating the actuator from the intercepted products. Please check the efficiency of these O-Rings through the above-mentioned hole every 3000/4000 operations.
Every time the actuator is unscrewed from the body valve check the right positioning and the gasket status before assembling the valve.
Attention: in case of maintenance, pay attention to the cylinder opening as inside there is a compressed spring.
